At Discipline Mag Shop, we ship our curated apparel and editions globally. Please review our shipping terms below to understand how your order is processed and delivered.

1. Processing Times

All orders are processed within [1–3] business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Note: During high-volume drops or holiday periods, processing may take an additional [2] business days.

2. Domestic Shipping (Australia)

We offer flat-rate and weight-based shipping options across Australia via Australia Post.

  • Standard Shipping: [5–10] business days.

  • Express Shipping: [2–5] business days.

3. International Shipping (US, EU, & Worldwide)

We ship to most international destinations. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your location.

  • Estimated Delivery (US/UK/EU): [10–21] business days.

  • Rest of World: [15–28] business days.

Please note: These timelines are estimates provided by our carriers. Delays can occur due to customs processing in your home country, which are outside of our control.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Discipline Mag Shop is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). If you are ordering from the EU or UK, please be aware that you may be required to pay VAT or import duties upon the arrival of your package. We recommend checking with your local customs office for specific rates before placing an order.

5. Order Tracking

Every order includes a tracking number. You will receive an automated email with your tracking link as soon as your parcel is lodged with the carrier.

6. Lost or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at info@disciplinemag.com with your order number and photos of the packaging/product. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
